Gerald Meux flew his Thor-X at DairyAire 2013 with a CTI M2020 I-Max, GPS-1 onboard telemetry, GOPRO Hero 3 Black edition, Rousetech C02, Marsa54 and Perfectflite electronics. Gerald achieve an altitude of 16,900′ AGL with a top speed of 1,440 ft/sec (Mach 1.3) and recovered the vehicle approximately 2 miles downrange and is currently the only holder of the TCC Presidents challenge. GPS-1 onboard telemetry worked perfectly throughout the flight.
